1 - Phone interview basic company overview nothing too in depth about the positions.
2 - In person interviews (Multiple positions were open) standard questions were asked. Wanted to make sure I had sound excel, presentation and analysis skills.
It was great. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer was open and honest of what the job entails. It lasted about 30 minutes and it was an overall great experience.

Applied online via careerbuilder. First had a 15 minute phone interview and then had a one-on-one in person interview at Plano office with a Director that lasted about 45 minutes.
