While I was interested in this position very much and a great match, I quickly became disappointed in the early interviewing process. First, the initial phone screen was rebooked due to recruiter illness. The following week we concluded the phone screen and I was told of moving forward with this position as well as Value Stream Manager openings. I then received a text at 7:45PM the following evening asking if I had Teams for an interview with hiring manager and open dates. I replied promptly the I had Teams and many open hours and dates. I then never heard back at all so I left a message tow days later and then continued to have no reply. My opinion is that the recruiter owned this failure.
