First, there was a phone screen with a recruiter from HR. Then, the following week, I was asked to come in for an in-office interview. There, I met with an HR associate, the hiring manager, and a Managing Director. Each interview lasted about 15 or 20 minutes and was fairly conventional. Most of the questions were about my experience, my Excel skills, and what I could bring to the table if the company decides to hire me. Finally, I would say about a week or so after that, a video interview was set up between me and a member of the C-Suite. The questions there were mostly behavioral-based (no curveballs, thankfully) and overall the conversation was friendly and polite.

Straightforward. Applied online and received an email back quickly. Phone process followed by video interview. Relaxed interview and got offer relatively quick afterward. Start to finish was pretty quick overall.

Entrevista
One general screening by HR followed up with three interviews with Manager through Managing Directors. The process took only about a week and communication throughout was clear. No complaints about the process and appreciate how timely and transparent they were throughout.
