A standard interview. Just like applying to any professional workplace. The interview was a bit more relaxed, because one of the recruiters was also the interviewer. While it was also an interview, it felt like a great conversation as well

30 minute phone call with a recruiter who asked about my resume. Then a virtual 30 minute interview with a manager who was somewhat disorganized and did not know what I was interviewing for.

Then, the recruiter asks several behavior questions.
Finally, the recruiter responds to my questions
The interview was entirely behavioral. There were a few questions asked about my past experiences. Overall, I had a pleasant conversation with my interviewer, so it didn't feel too much like a structured interview.
