Applied online and Initially had a phone interview with the recruiting manager basically to check the candidate is good with whatever written in the resume. Then had a call with the hiring manager. The interview was good, basic questions then carried on with the previous experience and relevance to the current role. No rigid structure was there in the interview which made the conversation very smooth.
