There were three stages after an initial phone call with the recruiter - Stephanie - who was great. The three stages included interview with the Hiring Manager (virtual), two team members (virtual) and finally, a Director (in-office).
Interviews with the hiring manager and director were great. The hiring manager was welcoming, talked extensively about the role and gave me an opportunity to talk about my skills and experience. The second stage seemed different. I caught some non-verbal cues that hinted that some of my answers/responses to the questions didn’t align with those of the interviewers.
Overall, Stephanie was brilliant! she kept me up-to-date on the process and provided clarity when I needed.
