You apply online, on their website. The lab manager calls requesting a phone interview. then if all goes well you will be invited for an on-site interview where you will basically be interviewed by the entire lab team to see if its a good match to invite you to the team. they will all have a copy of your resume and ask you for more details.
How familiar are you with HPLC? what was the one you used and what software did you run. Did you make you one presets or did you use on already made? and if so how did you know when to alter them?
