Disorganized Process and Poor Communication My interview experience with this company was disappointing. The initial contact started off positively, but communication quickly became inconsistent and delayed without explanation. After a long gap, I was informed that I was moving forward in the process without much context or transparency. The in-person interview lacked structure. Rather than providing a clear understanding of the role or expectations, the conversation included negative remarks about internal team dynamics, which felt unprofessional and concerning. There also appeared to be a disconnect regarding compensation expectations. Information shared earlier was later contradicted, leading to confusion about the actual base salary for the role. Finally, despite assurances that all candidates would receive follow-up communication, I never received a response after the interview, even after multiple polite follow-ups. Overall, the process felt disorganized and dismissive of a candidate’s time and effort. Do not waste your time or energy.
