I have an extensive background that’s the perfect match for this role yet I received an email saying they reviewed my resume and decided not to select me. It’s about time these companies provide some actual feedback as to why they don’t select qualified candidates for at least an interview. I’m starting to think they’re scamming and data hunting by gathering resumes and not even bothering to interview. Bad business
