HR schedules a preliminary interview that is typically followed by a performance task if interviewing for a curriculum development/writing position. After "passing" the performance task, the team will conduct a second interview that is more specific and focused on rationale of the performance task.

They asked very specific questions about the process used to complete the performance task.
The interview process had many components including initial phone screening, answering written questions about the fit for the role (which includes an example of a lesson I created), math performance task, and then a remote interview with the manager.
Recruiter called with questions about experience and said they were passing my name along for the next stage. Then, I had an interview with manager. Similar questions about related experience.

Entrevista
I first was sent a link for a questionnaire which involved 3 short essay questions. After that I was sent a request for a 30 minute video interview with 2 curriculum developers. They asked many questions and at the end gave me a task to complete after 3 minutes of reading a prompt and brainstorming. After this interview I never heard back from them after being told I would hear back within a week about next steps.
