Interview process was easy enough - most people are recommended by current employees. If you know someone who works there, it usually works in your favour. There was a basic writing test and the interview to acceptance of the job happened in one afternoon. They usually look for employees leaving other, well-known agencies.

I was referred through a friend who works there so I sent my CV across before an initial screening call to figure out which agency would be best suited. Following deciding on an agency I received a short written test. After this I had a call with 2 directors at my preferred agency, after passing that I had a call with more of the team as a final interview before receiving an offer the next day
