I applied online. Phone interview followed by in person interview. The interview was scheduled for 2 pm but did not begin until about 2:30. The interviewer didn't even come meet me, I was told where her office was and I had to go find her. The interview was short, very few questions and most of them easily answered by simply looking at my resume. The interviewer was curt and seemed disinterested. After the interview I was told that there would be two more rounds of interviews before they would make a decision. Felt like a waste of time.

I went through the same process. Phone call. Face to Face. The woman manager wasn't present during the interview process. Apparently she was too busy. I've left a couple follow up interview email, no response. why would anyone want to work for you? I would ask about their turnaround.
