I talked to a recruiter on campus during a career fair. I was offered an interview for the next day. It was more of a screening interview to get to know me. I was then flown to Rhode Island to interview at their headquarters. The interview was with 3 executives back to back. The questions weren't extremely difficult, a lot were behavioral questions.
