Overall, positive experience. Started with online application, an day later got invitation for a recorded video interview. Eight questions, pretty straight forward and got three chances to record your best response for each question. A few days later, I did live video interview with supervisor and team leader, followed immediately with a one-on-one video interview with the district manager. Everyone was positive, friendly, and professional. The next day, was asked to take skills assessment which had an WPM typing test and a simulated call. Took test and received job offer following day. You then undergo a fairly thorough background check. Start to finish hiring process was completed in about three weeks.

I had all interviews back to back. After being interviewed pretty much all morning, they announced their intentions to want to hire me. I first interviewed with the branch manager, and then two separate interviews with the supervisors in an informal "panel" interview.
