Final Round: 4x30 minute 1:1 interviews (with executives from the team you will start on)
Overall Experience: Given the time commitment and that Amgen requires 7 interviews for this position, getting rejected by a form email stung a bit. I asked for feedback from the lead recruiter and never received a response.

The first step in the interview process was a video screen with two Amgen employees. Next, the first round interview consisted of a behavioral interview with two more Amgen employees. I was not invited to the second round. All the employees I interacted with seemed passionate and excited to interview. The recruiter was quick to respond, but no feedback was given.

Applied via school career website. Was given an on campus interview. Thought I nailed the interview, was a 2 on one interview with a new recruiter and a women with 20+ years experience at Amgen. They asked about resume and behavioral stuff, even asked something about my high school experience on my resume. At the end there was time for about 3 questions from me. Was told I’d hear back by end of following week. I did not. About 4 weeks later I got the rejection email.
