Well organized. The recruiter sends an agenda ahead of time. People was friendly. They want to see if you fit for the most part and know your stuff. Time allocated for each person is ~30 minutes so prepare for at least 1/2 day of interviews.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? How would you rate yourself?
Approached by the company HR. Was a really good opportunity. Connected over the phone and moved to next stages fast. Finished hiring manager interview and onsite interview very smoothly. The acquisition team was very efficient and accommodating.

Entrevista
Interview was fairly easy, people friendly and polite. Questions were straight and to the point, nothing too technically tough. One session was a panel with 3 people, which was dominated by a single member of the group. I could tell the other two people did not care for him, rolled eyes at some questions which were out of left field.
