Explained that would be recruited to help in disaster situations as well as function in day-to-day job. Asked salary expectations and I asked for $5k/year more. A week later and still haven't heard back from recruiter.

Entrevista
Multiple panel interviews with staff and volunteers. Staff alternated asking pre determined questions that often seemed inconsequential to the position. Staff used scenarios like trick questions to get responses. The interview process dealt more with what ifs than past experience. Interviewers expected applicants to know detailed processes specific to the company that would not be known to the public.
