Interviewed over the phone first and was asked questions regarding my ability. Then I was given an on line assessment for testing my abilities. Later, I was scheduled for an interview in person.

Entrevista
I interviewed on line, followed up with an email. The recruiter was friendly and set up my in person interview. I then met with a department head and spent about an hour. It was a nice experience.
