Entrevista
Thought it was an individual interview but was joined with about 30 other applicants. Had a one-on-one interview and they asked a few questions on the resume. After almost everyone was interviewed then there was a group meeting explaining the company, what is does, and the commission pay scale. Was told in the email it would be approximately a 45 minute interview but ended up spending most the afternoon there. It was very upbeat and information was presented very well.

Asked basic interview questions and filled out a survey at the end of the meeting asking what we liked the best, didn't like and concerns we would have working for them.

The interview was short with a common questions such as as "Tell us about yourself" and "Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this company?" Overall it was simple and relaxed.

Not really an interview. More like a sales pitch. Asked a few questions about my previous experience and ushered me to a conference room to hear more about the company. Everybody with an "interview" that day was what they were looking for. We then spent two hours listening the pitch.
