The first stage is a informational presentation given to a mid-size group of about 15-20 people. The presenter breaks down the job opportunity in terms of the business model, the product they sell, and the role of entry level agents. They also give all prospective hires a written personality and skills test. The next stage is a one-on-one interview, where the hiring manager fully vets prospective employees and answers any questions they may have.

The interview process was very informative, smooth, and fast. At the time, I went in for one interview, but I ended up bypassing the other interview stages, and was hired on the spot.
