Couldn't really call it an interview, more like a group session. The first interview, you're in a video call with other candidates you cant see while they go over the history of the business and a general explanation of what they offer. The second (Final Interview) is another group call where a hiring manager explains what they expect you to do and how you can grow in the business. Everyone gets a chance to ask one question near the end. Was ok, they really sell on the: get other people to join so you make money from them

The interview process is quick and easy. Two zoom group interviews and you hear back the same day. You will then be contacted by someone from an agency that is nearest to you. If you’re not licensed they help you get licensed.
