AILIC Started off the process with a string of bothersome emails, but I noticed the starting pay was good and they had benefits. During the interview they asked me numerous questions about my character rather than passed work experience. I inquired about what positions they had available and was only told they were seeking representatives at the lowest level. Required experience for the position was all focused around administrative skills (my specialty) while the role itself was more like door-knocking.
