They personally reached out about an interview. However, the interview was not a normal one. The person who messaged me had their camera off and my camera/mic were disabled (no way to ask questions). They played prerecorded video explaining the job that said it was about running your own business and how it was all commission based. I left in the middle of the interview, I was insulted by the lack of an actual interaction and rather a prerecorded video. However, I got an email later saying I was chosen to progress to the final round of interviews. This shows me a lack of professionalism and care about their employees. Do not bother with a place that can't even handle interviews.
