I found the job listing on Facebook. In about a week I was contacted to set up an interview time. The first interview was the owner of the Agency giving a presentation to multiple candidates (90+ on zoom for my call) on what the position was. You then fill out a survey after the presentation, and they will reach out to you to schedule a second interview. If they offer the position, then they give you a discounted study program to get licensure. Once you get licensed you begin their training.

Entrevista
Very brief initial interview, followed by a longer presentation about the company. At the end of this presentation you can decide whether or not you're interested in continuing with the training. Two weeks of training, at the end of which you will need to have passed a life insurance producer exam as well as prove you have learned the material provided to you during in-class training.

Entrevista
I was given a trial period. I worked every day for 4 weeks, so I was consumed with work. I believe they kept me busy so I didn't have time to find other opportunities. I believe they had me training in very low income neighborhoods because they had very few qualified leads. The big attraction was that they had great leads with union workers.
