I didn't apply to AIL. They found my resume and emailed me asking me to come in for an interview with the 'Director' and said that I'm being considered for a "fast track in to leadership/Divisional Manager role."
All LIES. When I got to the interview location I was immediately brought to a conference room where they made us watch some long and boring video that was supposed to be motivational but had nothing to do with the company. Afterwards, a speaker came in and started to give a background on the company and only then did they go in to what the role was about...which is basically selling insurance in peoples homes!
What a waste of my time. Not only did I lose trust in this company, but I'll be sure to spread the word on my negative experience with AIL to anyone that is listening.
My advice to them: Don't lie to you potential hires and lure them in to a role under false pretense. It only makes people question the integrity of your business and not want to work for you!

They first told me they need a leadership / Division Manager. When I came to there, we had a briefly interview and then they gave a presentation about their company. The point is, they asked you to get a life insurance licence first and paid the tuition fee without any commitment. So I really scepticize about them.
