I walked in with my wife who had received an offer for an interview. We did the first initial interview and were invited back for the second. The second interview was more of a group interview with two other people there for other positions, and instead of testing us or asking us questions, they simply expounded on the wonders and benefits of selling life insurance for this company. Immediately after this, they pulled both my wife and I aside into the Branch Manager's office for a third interview. This consisted primarily of general chitchat and stories about Montana. I was offered the job, and told to come in for the fourth and final interview, where we determined that the extreme workload would not be fitting.

Fantastic, easy to understand. Great job with clarity as to the next steps and where I stood. Great presentation. Great job showing me the field virtually.
Overall a experience I would recommend to anybody else, anytime.

The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
