I was asked to come to the office for an interview at a specific time. Once you get there they have a little application for you to fill out then you are called to interview individually with one of the hiring managers. After that, if they feel like you are a good fit then you are taken to a conference room with around 20 other candidates given a packet for personality assessment. Once you're done with that Matt Trunquist (Denver, CO area) came in for a briefing on what the company is about, benefits, pay, and marketing process. Then you are given another paper asking questions about how you feel about the company and the position after learning more. Then lastly you are taken to speak one on one with a hiring manager to answer any questions you might have. Then they tell you they are going to let you know by end of business that day if you are selected, IMPORTANT NOTE: If hired you will have to get a professional certificate (not sure what for really??) its a 4-day online course ($90), a test ($45) and acquiring the license ($58).
