It seems like they hire anyone and then they see who lasts. Feels like a pyramid scheme. They bring you in and say you are applying for a management position, but then tell you that you have to go thru a sales role for 6 months. Bait and switch... Be careful.

Entrevista
The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
