I went for my first interview today. It was a follow-up from my initial phone interview.
The staff was very friendly and the presentation was straight forward and informative.
I have been doing some research in the company and I do have my concerns. I have worked for a similar company with a commission based salary and I wasn't too keen on it. I have read that people are calling it a scam, and not to waste my time.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
