I applied wit my resume for a "registration type" position. The requirements listed in the ad included office experience, call center experience, and customer service skills. Seemed like a great oppurtunity, so I sent off my resume. I received an immediate response with an interview scheduled for the next day. The only info included in the email was to bring my resume, dress business professional, and the address for the interview. When I arrived there was about 10 other people waiting to be interviewed, and dressed in suits, just like me. When the recruiters came out they would call a name and you would be taKen back for your interview. I was really confused that all of us were dressed in suits but the recruiters were wearing jeans and hoodies..... I went back an was asked generic questions, you could tell the questions were from a script. The recruiter then told me I would be invited to watch a video, I began to ask questions about the job since I still had no idea what the job was. I could tell she was becoming uncomfortable with my questions and at one point she became rude. I still pushed with my questions but couldn't get a grasp of what the damn job was.
I thanked her for her time and told her I wouldn't be staying for the video. If a company has to be so secretive about the details of the position, something is DEFINITELY wrong!! My suggestion is to stay far far away from this place. They are saturated their ads online looking for desperate people to work blindly.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
