They will test you on your knowledge in your field, and they will test your personality if suitable for the job as well. Better not to exaggerate your ability as the one who interview you is the management level of your department and they know the things you saying better than you most of the time.

First 2 rounds were straightforward, one behavioral with the Hiring Manager and an excel case w/ an adjacent manager. Final interview was was with another manager of an similar team. It seemed like they already had a candidate in mind and rushed through the final interview to hit a arbitrary checkbox.

Interview was 3 stages of increasing rank, most people are not super technical so it wasn't too difficult, they basically went by background more than anything. Definitely prioritize your organization skills, and how you progressed through career thus far.
