The entire process, from first phone screen to the rejection letter, lasted over a calendar month. Initial expectations from the start was that the team was moving quickly, and decisions would be made in a timely manner after the in-person interviews. Not the case what so ever. Practically ghosted by the two recruiters for over 4 weeks, including senior leadership who I had interviewed with in-person. The rejection letter is a generic two paragraph "Thank you for your time" style, with zero feedback on why I was not chosen. I cannot express enough how unprofessional this experience has been, especially from an organization that touts themselves as one of the best places to work.
