The process is extremely slow and there are numerous rounds of interviews. The interview process did not start until 5 weeks after the posting closed. Rather than having a panel interview, there were individual interviews with associated parties.

Okay experience
The HR recruiter was amazing. However the interview felt like a police interrogation. I would encourage Amex to train more his interviewers. It should be an exchange not interrogation

Applied online through company website. About weeks later is first round interview with hiring manager; Second round is in-person interview, met 2 people total 30 min. Third round with VP, also the final round.

The interview ended up being for a different job than the one I applied for but I was able to demonstrate my communication skills within 30 minutes. I ended up receiving the job offer at the end of the meeting.
