Two step interview process with an initial screening virtual interview and a more in depth interview also virtual. This was during Covid so may be in person now. The first interview went through basic job history, reason for applying for the job, notice period and an explanation of the role. The second interview went through customer service experience and more detailed work history. Also some questions exploring personality and more in depth explanation of the department and job description.

They take 3 rounds of interview for chat profile (non-voice) including, HR, Chat assessment, Ops. You should be confident enough to present yourself at the time of interview. The interview process won't take much longer than 3-4 days.
