They don't give any consideration to candidate when I made the remark to the HR that they were lack of communication she just said we have a lot of candidate she just admitted she didn't know how to do her job

3 rounds of interviews. 1st was with the hiring manager and it had basic behavior questions, some questions about my risk background and knowledge. 2nd was with the manager's college, more in depth questions about risk and how I approach risk, mostly behavioral nothing technical. 3rd and final interview with their boss. Purely a vibe check interview, very light hearted and friendly. More philosophical discussion about why amex,why this job, future plans and motivations.
