Written test is tough and once you are through it, operations round is more deadly. They go through your entire CV and ask questions from your schooling background to previous employer. It's a very long and time taking process, it took 8+ hours for me to get interviewed and get the results declared.

2 Rounds of interview. One as first round of interview where a general interaction happens and they guage you on you comm skills. The second PI round is with the Ops manager or Team Leader;its a more thorough discussion. An aptitude test. VNA check.

It was smooth...Almost over in 1 day...Got d offer letter the next day.First was HR round..written test which included logical questions...U need to be little logical while answering them..Essay writing to check for grammar..Typing test..Then operation round
