There was a first round which was the call, then second round which was the skype interview then the final assessment. After that we waited to hear our results for a period of two weeks

Intro meeting so it was more casual. We met for coffee and talked about what is going on at American Express. I was really meeting with a friend at the company on behalf of my daughter who is looking for a job.
