Walk-in drive. They have outsourced their hiring procedure to a company called hireright. There is a test before the actual interview at different centers. I went to the CP center. Test consists of email writing, Quantitative aptitude, reasoning and a few more. If you get shortlisted then you are sent to the company office for further rounds of interview. I applied for Dispute analyst post but couldn't qualify for that, fortunately enough there was another opening and i was shortlisted for that. I went through 5 rounds of interview. Usually there are 3, but since i was shortlisted for another post so i had to go through 3 more rounds for that post. Interviews are pretty easy. Good communication skills, and a good amount of interest towards what you are speaking. Keep the interviewer interested with your answers and show good amount of energy.
