Phone interview with Regional GM and VP. Q and A about my leadership skills, experience, etc. I was asked about my experience with things like budgeting, overseeing capitol improvements, student housing, team building, customer service. Both of them seemed very nice and professional. Ended by asking me if I had any questions - overview of position and salary range, etc.

questions about leadership and organizational skills. a lot of talking to getting to know you to see if you're the right fit. experience in marketing, social media, and event planning are definitely a plus!
