It was horrible the manager clearly had never done this before. He never had been a manager and was continuously high on medication. Whenever the foreign teachers needed to speak to him he wasn`t around or better said `He was hiding for the confrontation`. Every issue had to be addressed 24/7 through phone, email, facebook and still nothing happened. When you finally caught him on surprise he would make fake promises he couldn`t keep. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional manager.

Prepare and display a brief 30 minute class to the hiring manager and a few employees acting like children. Then Q and A with the hiring manager and staff manager. Followed by sigining of contract which was really a contract so they can subtract as much money from your paycheck if they felt like it. Luckily I never had any deductions.
