I was brought in through a staffing agency. AmeriPath liked me and my work and the interview was more me telling them about my past work experience on my resume, they already knew I fit the job because I was already working there and they already knew my quality and work ethic.

I was hired via a Staffing Agency. They use Office Team, Spherion, and PDS Tech. Staffing Agency asked Questions. Sent on assignment. Did great work. They noticed. Asked me if I wanted a specific full time job. I interviewed (they already knew my work), they asked minimal questions...only about new position and what work I had done that were perfect for the position.
