Direct and clear questions which were typical for the healthcare setting. Management appeared well organized and training process straight forward. Privacy practices seemed important to company and compliance with governing policies an integral part of the company.
Easy process to go into. Telephone screening by recruiter and then in-person interview on-site. Overall very straightforward. I was not asked stupid questions. I was given an overview of the position, salary, hours, and general expectations during the phone screening.
