I applied through a consultancy. I was called for a written assesment at the consultancy. it was a 2 hrs test including apti, reasoning, java, unix, sql.. The result was supposed to come after 3 days.but its been 3 months I have not heard anything back.. not hearing back causes more pain then getting rejected..hence I consider it a negative experience.
It took me one to two weeks to receive their response regarding my application for the Software Engineer position, which I applied for and patiently waited during the process period.

HR person called to get to know my journey and abilities. She was very kind and knowledeable. the company has a passion to help out others and give actual feedback.
