Not a pleasant experience with the whole process. Firstly, the HR is very lazy to respond the call/text. After taking multiple follow ups she scheduled the interview. The interview was conducted by Flocareer. They will remind you n number of times expect their own interviewer. The interviewer joined after 15 mins with no prior communication and guess what when I tried to reach out HR she didn't pick up as usual. During the interview, the interviewer keeps getting disconnected. So he'll ask X question and gets disconnected while I was answering and after rejoining he was not interested in the answer and moved to next question. Like what???? Also, he was from Java background and keeps asking me have you worked with Java.. man I've applied for UI developer position. He was googling basic Reactjs questions.
