Crap interview process. I was ghosted by HR after having all technical rounds, salary negotiations and even sharing all the documents for offer letter. After multiple follows I was informed that they will not be releasing offer letter due to salary constraints. If this was the case, why HR did not inform me these salary constraints in the initial stage of the interview?
