Applied through LinkedIn, they shortlisted me and got a communication from HR regarding the interview process. It contained 2 technical rounds. The first round was pure technical and the second round was scenario based technical round. They check how you apply the knowledge you have in some of the scenarios. Both the rounds were hard. Post clearing second round I got the mail from HR to provide various documents from my side. Once those docs were provided, got a call for HR discussion. It was quite a discussion where they discussed each and every aspect from my education to my current organization and why I want to leave it. Apart from this they even asked questions about family background. Post that they provided me the salary structure which they were going to offer me. In the end both the parties were satisfied hence I accepted their offer.
