First is basically a screening round that they do telephonic or one on one
Next is one on one with panel what you will be asked technical question s. scripting is also a part of it
Last you will have to clear an online test aafter which you may have a managerial and hr round

HR who had scheduled interview did not receive calls.
After a week they sent email that your interview is done and your not selected.
Interview never happened.
