Overall it was awful. If you like environment where completely no life-work balance where management comes from 80-s it maybe your place. Company don't care about you and how and what are you doing. They care about make client happy no matter what. So working at nights or weekends without pay - their choice how to treat employees. Avoid those slave masters no matter what. Manager even not able to answer why they don't allow remote work day - answer was just because i wish so. :)
