Firstly there was a aptitude test followed by a language test involving C++. I was among the 10 shortlisted for technical interview. In technical interview ,there were 2 people both were pretty friendly.They asked me abt data structures and os.Then they asked me to design my own encryption algo.Then the tech. interview was followed by Hr interview it was pretty much standard.

2) Technical Test - SQL, C/C++, Unix - SQL questions were bit confusing, so do Unix

First round with HR to know current assignment. If it fits the requirement then technical round with hiring manager. If selected then last round with HR for negotiations. once it is done one can get the call to join at the earliest.

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
