There was online test for which we had to appear , thus said the call letter. on the day of interview, the Contact person was on leave! After making us stand in queue we were ,then asked to sit for "Infra" test. I checked with them that this test is for UNIX and i am for MSTR, the lady in charge says "DO you want to give the test?" The lady was incapable of understanding simple English. After confronting, we were asked to wait for 10 mins. They did not inform us anything and when we asked them after 2 mins, they say - there was miscommunication and we do not have any test for MSTR Admin. The experience was frustrating and the Amdocs staff made it all the more pathetic.Highly mismanaged process and the staff was unprepared and unaware about my technology.
